Help & Support
Simple answers to common questions.
What is NurseLearn?
NurseLearn is an educational study and knowledge-strengthening platform for people preparing for or currently in nursing studies. It offers lessons, quizzes, clinical scenarios, flashcards, an AI study tutor, and educational images and videos.
How do subscriptions work?
NurseLearn Premium is $18.15/month (shown in your local currency where available), billed monthly, cancel anytime. An active subscription unlocks the full learning library — lessons, tests, scenarios, flashcards, AI Tutor and media.
How does learning work?
Content is organised as Subjects → Modules → Lessons. Each lesson has an explanation, key points, terminology, an example, and a short knowledge check. Your progress is tracked automatically as you complete lessons.
What do the tests do?
Quick Quizzes, Module Tests, Subject Tests and Mock Examinations all draw from the same question bank and are graded instantly, with an explanation for every answer. Your scores are saved to your progress history.
How does the AI Tutor work?
Ask it to explain a topic, simplify something, test you, or explain why an answer was wrong. It adapts to a beginner, intermediate or advanced level you choose. It's an educational study aid only — it cannot diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional healthcare advice or supervised clinical training.
Are there limits on AI, images and videos?
Yes — to keep NurseLearn affordable, AI study assistance and media generation are subject to reasonable usage limits each billing period. Your lessons, tests, flashcards and other stored learning resources are never limited by this.
Does NurseLearn give me a nursing qualification?
No. NurseLearn is an independent educational platform. It does not provide a nursing qualification, academic credit, professional certification, nursing registration or licence. Formal nursing qualifications must come from an accredited institution.
